A deposit of $500 will confirm your reservation.
This deposit is non-refundable, although you may transfer it to a future reservation with a further $250 deposit, if said transfer occurs more than 90 days prior to your reserved tour. We all know: life happens. Emergencies are expensive. It’s not my goal to complicate your life further, so you don’t need to put a date on the future reservation right away – you have a full year to choose, and another full year to use the reservation.
Your balance is due 90 days prior to Day #1 of your reserved tour.
Tours are non-refundable within 90 days of travel.
Payment methods accepted: personal check, cashiers check, cash (do not mail cash), Cash App, Venmo, Zelle.
A confirmation letter will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receipt of your deposit. A payment reminder will be emailed when your balance is due. A receipt will be emailed when your tour has been paid in full. Please advise, if you are not in receipt of these emailed notices.
Please consider travel insurance to guard against penalties for cancellation.
